The cold-rolling equipment is characterized by cold rolling the rolling stock. The equipment is provided with a plurality of two-way driving type rolling mills which are arranged in series or a two-way driving type rolling mill with which reverse rolling is enabled and tandem rolling or reverse rolling is performed to the rolling stock.
