PURPOSE: To improve adiabatic effect, and to improve the cooling efficiency by inserting a container in which a cosmetic and a medicine, etc., which require cooling are contained into an opening of the preserving device by turning its pouring port to the lower part.

CONSTITUTION: A semiconductor cooling element 1 being a cooler is provided on the bottom part of the storage device, and an endothermic plate 2 is coupled thereto. Also, its inside forms a miniature adiabatic chamber 3, its upper part is opened, and the endothermic plate 2 and a cosmetic contained container 4 being one of miniature containers in which a cosmetic, etc., which require cooling are contained are contained. This cosmetic contained container 4 is contained by turning its pouring port 4a to the lower part, a bottom part 4b of the container 4 is covered with a adiabatic material, and as for this cosmetic contained container 4, by only inserting its miniature adiabatic chamber 3, this bottom part 4a seals up tightly an open end 3a of its miniature adiabatic chamber 3. Accordingly, the bottom part of the container 4 turns upward, and becomes an adiabatic cover. Therefore, the container article, etc., in which a cosmetic and a medicine are contained can be stored in a satisfactory cooling state, and also, its handling is facilitated.
