Abstract:
PURPOSE: To make a cooling medium pumpable like a liquid, to save labor, to automatize cold storage and to prevent occurrence of contact of marine products even by rock of ship and reduction in qualities, by immersing marine products in slurried ice water packed in a fish chamber.
CONSTITUTION: Slurried ice water preferably premixed with a dispersion stabilizer is packed into a fish chamber. Marine products such as bonitos are immersed in the ice water.
