PURPOSE: To prevent vapor condensation at a transparent shroud of a cold storage show case by arranging a discharge port for discharging vapor condensation preventing air flow along the outer surface of the shroud of an article container.

CONSTITUTION: A cold storage show case has an article container 4 opened at its front surface to form a space surrounded by transparent shrouds 5 to display cold storage articles therein, and a cold air passage disposed behind the container 4 to contain a heat exchanger extended vertically, and comprises a discharge port 13 for discharging vapor condensation preventing air flow along the outer surfaces of the shrouds 5 of the container 4. Thus, since the flow of the air discharged from the port 13 flows along the shrouds 5, the condensation on the outer surfaces of the shrouds 5 is prevented. The condensations of the outer surfaces of the shrouds of both sides are prevented, and since air discharge ports 26 are formed at the positions along the outer surfaces of the shrouds 5, the condensations of the outer surfaces of the shrouds 5 are prevented.
