This cold water circulation device 10 comprises an evaporator 11 for feeding secondary cooling water by evaporation cooling, a cooling water circulation pump 13 set on the secondary cooling water side of the evaporator 10 to circulate cooling water to a metal mold temperature adjusting machine 50, a pure water device 12 for making the secondary cold water-side cooling water to pure water, a deoxidation device 15 for removing dissolved oxygen from the secondary cold water-side cooling water, and an air-cooled refrigerating cooler 16 for cooling the evaporator 11.
