PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a sound absorbing board of a sound insulation wall installed in an expressway wall from dropping.SOLUTION: A sound insulation wall 1 comprises a rectangular box-shaped sound absorbing board 10 supported to an adjacent strut 2 and stacked. In the sound insulation wall, wire 20 with ends locked to the strut 2, respectively, between any pair of struts 2, 2 passes through the front side of each sound absorbing board 10 and is stretched laterally, and the wire 20 passing through the front of the sound absorbing board 10 and the sound absorbing board 10 are connected by a connecting member 30 firmly fixed to the front side of this sound absorbing board 10.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
