The collapsible cold reserving box and heat reserving box are provided with a pipe frame collapsible for assembly and disassembly and movable in the assembled state thereof, an airtight exterior heat insulation sheet for covering the frame, a gateway opening/closing mechanism provided on one side of the exterior heat insulation sheet, and a cooling device for cooling internal air covered with the exterior heat insulation sheet by circulating it through a circulation passage.
