Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure in which a footrest applied with big impact force can be collapsed and robustly supported in a delivery apparatus for promoting delivery by giving an impact to a pregnant woman.SOLUTION: In a delivery apparatus for promoting delivery by applying impact force to a pregnant woman, a footrest 16 for holding both feet of a pregnant woman is mounted on a delivery table B through a hinge so that the footrest can be collapsed on the delivery table B. In addition, a support plate 17 is disposed on the back side of the footrest 16, and hinges 18 are interposed between the bottom end of the support plate and a part of the delivery table so that the support plate can be collapsed. The top end of the support plate 17 and the footrest 16 are connected to each other through an attachment/detachment tool 19. The support plate 17 is reinforced by joining reinforcement means to the inner surface thereof. Prop members 20 for supporting the footrest 16 from the back side of the footrest 16 are provided on the support plate 17.
