To provide a collapsible tray that allows a large tray, which is not convenient to store, to be stored compact and to be carried easily, to solve the problem wherein a large tray is convenient when eating with many people outside such as camping, but the larger the tray is, the more inconvenient it is to carry it to the field and store when it is not in use due to the requirement for a large storage space.

A tray 1 has such a structure as to be disassembled into a central portion and the other four equal segments and stored compact when it is not in use. When used, it is assembled by inserting the four equal segments into the central portion. On the bottom of the tray 1, a high base is provided so that the tray 1 may be finally tightened by a rubber band from the back side.
