Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology that makes a housing less likely to be cracked by a heat contraction difference when a collar is embedded in the housing.SOLUTION: In a melting process, a collar 10 is attached to a collar insertion part 60 of a resin housing 50 and then an upper surface protrusion part 62 is melted. A melted resin flows into a gap between a side surface upper part 22 and an inner surface upper part 60a to cover an upper part step 32 of the collar 10. The upper surface protrusion part 62 has cubic volume such that the melted resin can fill the gap completely.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
