To provide a collar for necks of shirts for health promotion which prevents the neck of a shirt from getting wet with perspiration or the neck from deforming and further improves the blood circulation around the neck and shoulder.
A water-absorbing polymer sheet 2 using a high-water-absorbing polymer, which completely absorbs especially perspiration, etc. by its high water absorptivity, is stuck under a nonwoven fabric sheet 1 serving as highly hygroscopic cloth. Furthermore, a resinous sheet 3 shaped like a thin transparent plate is provided under the water-absorbing polymer sheet, and further powerful magnets 8 are embedded and fixed in several numbers in proper positions of this resinous sheet. In this state, the resinous sheet is press-molded slowly into the neck form of a human body by a press using a heated die. Furthermore, to bond and fix these to the rear side 5 of a collar, an adhesive tape 4 provided with a peeling film is provided on the lower surface of this resinous sheet, thus a laminated sheet shaped like a sheet of slow curve as a whole is formed.
