To provide a collecting device for a sample in soil, capable of collecting a sample not only at a tip of an earth auger but also at an intermediate position of a drilling rod.
A collecting device for a sample in soil is provided on an earth auger 35, and has couplings each fitted to an auger screw coupling 33 and rotating integrally with an auger screw 33 in a vertical direction. The coupling in a lower direction is configured to be also a coupling to a drilling head or an enlarging head 1; in a configuration with an outer pipe and an inner pipe, a window hole for collecting the sample in soil is formed in an outer peripheral face of one end of the inner pipe and a cover body is provided in a side bottom part of the other end of the inner pipe.
