COLLECTING METHOD FOR GRANULE AND GRANULE SCATTER PREVENTING DEVICE FOR GRANULE CARRYING VEHICLE

PURPOSE: To reduce a drying time while eliminating an equipment of drying yard, drier machine, etc., of large area necessary for drying coke dust, by humidifying coke dust, by a mixed liquid of mixing a raw liquid of scatter preventing agent in water so as to prevent scattering coke dust when discharged from its sealed tank.
CONSTITUTION: A sealed tank 5, made capable of loading coke dust, is mounted on an under carriage 4 of a granule carrying vehicle 1. A discharge cylinder 10 of discharging coke dust in this sealed tank is provided in its bottom part rear end. An opening/closing valve 13 of opening/closing communication between a discharge port 12 and the sealed tank is provided in an upper end part of the discharge cylinder. An atomizer 15, atomizing a mixed liquid 14 of mixing a raw liquid 23 of scatter preventing agent in water against coke dust discharged from this discharge port, is provided in an almost intermediate part in a peripheral surface of the discharge cylinder. A plurality of nozzles, inserted through the discharge cylinder with a prescribed space apart in the circumferential direction to humidify coke dust, is provided in the atomizer.
