Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a collector screen belt free from the attaching of fibers to a linking part and easy in the connection of the linking part. SOLUTION: The collector screen belt is used for collecting fiber aggregates on the surface of an endless plastic fabric and transferring them. A coiled fastener element line consisting of a stretchable synthetic resin string is attached on each of both the ends of the plastic fabric body. The synthetic resin strings are shaped in advance so that they can be locked with each other, and the strings are each attached by getting entangled with returning loops of warps constituting the plastic fabric body. The coiled fastener elements at both the ends are engaged from the vertical direction with each other, and a connection core line is inserted into the common holes formed by the engagement to connect the plastic fabric in an endless shape.
