A collet 50 for fixing an inner peripheral side end part 43 of a hairspring 40 to a balance staff 30 comprises: a body part 51 having an opening 53 capable of being externally fitted to the balance staff 30 coaxially; and a support part 55 formed by protruding outside the body part 51 in a radial direction to support the hairspring 40. A side surface of the support part 55 in the radial direction is formed with a welding surface 57 where an inner peripheral side end part 43 of the hairspring 40 is welded. At least one end surface 56a of both end surfaces of the support part 55 in an axis direction of the body part 51 is formed with a recess 60.
