Abstract:
To provide a collimator for radiation, a radiation detector including the collimator, and a method for manufacturing the collimator for radiation that improve the detection efficiency by eliminating a problem such that detection efficiency is reduced since radiation which is shielded by the collimator for radiation and is not used for detection is generated.
In a radiation detector including a collimator for radiation, a scintillator material is used for the collimator and radiation shielded by the collimator and not used for detection is detected to improve efficiency of detecting radiation. The collimator for radiation is manufactured by a micro pull-down method and a Czochralski method.
