Abstract:
To provide a collision determination device capable of executing collision determination at an appropriate time.SOLUTION: A collision determination device according to the present invention estimates an existence probability distribution of a three-dimensional object viewed from one's own vehicle based on state quantity and an error of the three-dimensional object, and calculates a three-dimensional object existence probability map using time and a position as variables by carrying out time evolution of the existence probability distribution (S205). Then, collision probability between the one's own vehicle and the three-dimensional object at an arbitrary time is estimated by using the three-dimensional object existence probability map (S206); and control means of the one's own vehicle is determined in accordance with the collision probability and time elapsing until the one's own vehicle collides with the three-dimensional object, by extracting time exceeding a threshold value for setting the collision probability in advance (S208).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
