In the collision judging and alarming device, each judging means 40 collates traveling speed and a relative distance with a dangerous approach distance against the traveling speed in each section of relative distances stored in storage means 42d to 42f, and when an effective moving distance is larger than the dangerous approach distance, judges the dangerousness of collision and each of counters 32d to 32f corresponding to respective judging means 40 arranged in each section of the relative distance range counts up the number of times continuously judged as the dangerousness of collision by each judging means 40. When the count value of any one of the counters 32d to 32f exceeds a previously set count value for the counter concerned, an alarm is generated.
