Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a colon endoscope examination training device in which an airtight state in a colon model can be surely kept even when the inserted part of a colon endoscope for training inserted into an inserting port is moved during the insertion training of the colon endoscope.
SOLUTION: An endoscope inserting hole 21 on a casing 13 of a training instrument 3 is provided with a soft seal part 55, an outer movable range regulating part 54 and an inner movable range regulating part 56 and when inserting an endoscope 4 from the endoscope inserting hole 21 on the training instrument 3 into the colon model 19, the endoscope 4 is inserted while keeping the prescribed airtight state in an inserted portion 41 by the seal part 55. In such a case, the motion of the endoscope in any direction except for the axial direction of the inserted portion 41 of the endoscope 4 is regulated by the regulating parts 54 and 56 of the endoscope inserting hole 21.
