To confirm the output characteristics and the uniformity quickly and accurately with a sheet of color chart, by providing four charts for arranging a color column indicating a mixed color of three colors and arranging two charts, respectively, in the direction of X and Y axes on XY plane so that the color is varied in the opposite directions.

Two charts 10 are arranged in the direction of Y-axis and two charts 12 are arranged in the direction of X-axis on a color chart 16. Thirteen squares 14 of same size as the color column of each chart are arranged in the center, the intermediate parts and the end parts of the color chart 16. A colorimetric value obtained after outputting the color chart 16 can be reflected as a data when the individual difference of a printer is corrected. Since two charts 10 and two charts 12 are laid out, respectively, in the direction of X and Y axes on XY plane such that the color is varied in the opposite directions, the color chart 16 can be confirmed without moving it while aligning in the output direction both when it is outputted from a printer in the direction of X-axis and Y-axis.
