To provide a color cone collection apparatus in simple structure for collecting a color cone installed on the road into a loading space or the like of a vehicle.

A color cone collection apparatus is comprised of a vehicle, a color cone tilting bar mounted in the vehicle and a drive conveyer. The tilting bar is mounted to a support member which extends from the vehicle perpendicularly and horizontally in a vehicle traveling direction at the height from a road surface, which is a little lower than a color cone top. The drive conveyer is formed in a refracted shape which is horizontal on the vehicle and is tilted obliquely from an end of the vehicle toward the road surface. The drive conveyer is mounted in the vehicle in such a manner that a distal end of the tilted portion is inserted into a gap between a tilted base portion of a color cone and the road surface when the tilting bar causes the color cone on the road to tilt with the vehicle moving forward, tilting of the color cone is increased with the vehicle further moving forward, so that the color cone top is slipped off under the tilting bar, and when the color cone falls down at a vehicle side, the color cone is brought into a state where the color cone is placed on the drive conveyer.
