Abstract:

To provide a color fastness improving agent for solving the problem of the lowered color fastness of polylactic acid fibers.

The color fastness improving agent for polylactic acid fiber is composed of (A) 90-10 wt.% nitrogen-containing surfactant expressed by general formula (1) and (B) 10-90 wt.% borate surfactant having one or more 1-30C hydrophobic groups (a reaction product or its salt obtained by reacting boric acid with a compound obtained by esterifying a polyhydric alcohol with a higher fatty acid, a reaction product of a higher fatty acid and a boric acid ester of a polyhydric alcohol, etc.).
