Abstract:
A color filter defect repairing apparatus for repairing defects of a color filter having a transparent region and a shading region adjacent to the transparent region includes: an image processing unit (3) for identifying defects of the color filter, and, based on the defects as well as the position relationship between the transparent region and the shading region, deciding the regions that need to be repaired on the color filter; and a repair processing unit (50) for executing the repair processes by laser light irradiation and/or ink coating on the determined regions of the color filter.
