Abstract:
To provide a color filter easily and precisely formed with pixel part and a method of manufacturing the color filter by utilizing difference in wettability.
The color filter is characterized by having a transparent substrate, the pixel parts arranged on the transparent substrate with a specified pattern of plural colors with an inkjet method and liquid repellent parts formed between the pixel parts and having a contact angle with a liquid larger than that of the transparent substrate.
