A pigment content of a blue pixel constituting the color filter is 20 wt.% or less with respect to 100 wt.% of the blue pixel, further the film thickness of the blue pixel is 2 μm or thinner and the volume resistivity of the blue pixel is 1.0×1012-1.0×1014 Ωcm. In the pigment content of the blue pixel, a content of a pigment expressed with a chemical formula (1) is 15-19 wt.% and a content of a pigment expressed with a chemical formula (2) is 0.5-1 wt.% with respect to 100 wt.% of the blue pixel, and a chromaticity coordinate (x, y) of the blue pixel with C light source in XYZ colorimetric system is x≤0.140, y≤0.120.
