Abstract:
To provide a color filter having excellent flatness without a protective layer or polishing.
A horn level difference 6 made by overlapping a black matrix 3 and a colored layer 4 using colored photosensitive compositions with a different compounding ratio for every color is 0.1-0.4 μm. For example, a red photosensitive composition has the ratio of 0.3-0.4 of a resin to a compound having an unsaturated double bond (a compound having an unsaturated double bond/a resin), and the ratio of 0.15 or larger of the compound having the unsaturated double bond to a photoinitiator (a photoinitiator/a compound having an unsaturated double bond).
