Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain a color filter transfer device enabling the stable transfer of transfer film and having mass-productivity by providing a partial heating part at least at a transfer roller.
CONSTITUTION: Supporting film 112 and photosensitive resin film 14 constituting the transfer film are held between guide rollers 13 and are moved to the pawl part 15 of the transfer roller 11 by synchronizing with the rotation of the transfer roller 11. The pawl part 15 is closed so that is holds only both ends of the top ends of the film 112 and the photosensitive resin film 14. The films 14 and 112 are heated by the partial heating part 16 previously heated. The heating part 16 is heated by heat transfer wire through a power supply code 17. The heating temperature of the heating part 16 is desirably selected in the range of 30-80% higher than the temperature of the transfer roller 11 and a pressing roller 12. Thus, adhesion between the photosensitive resin film 14 and the substrate 13 is improved, so that an accident where the film 14 is stripped off in the midst of a transfer process is reduced.
