Title:
COLOR IMAGE FORMING METHOD USING SILVER HALIDE COLOR PHOTOSENSITIVE MATERIAL
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3793784
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a color image forming method reducing both waste liquid quantity and processing fluctuation by processing by a processing solution applying method allowing a small quantity of processing solution to be applied uniformly and stably.
SOLUTION: In this image forming method, color processing is applied to silver halide color photosensitive material having at least one photographic constituent layer on a carrier, using an alkaline processing solution substantially not containing a color developing agent. The silver halide photographic material contains at least one kind of pigment forming coupler and a compound or its precursor oxidized by at least one kind of silver halide so as to form a pigment with absorption in a visible area by coupling of its oxidant and the coupler, in any one of the photographic constituent layers. The total applied silver quantity of all the applied layers of photosensitive material is 0.003-0.3g/m2 in silver conversion, and the alkaline processing solution is drip-injected from a plurality of nozzle holes and fed onto the photosensitive material.
