To make realizable such a color image forming action that can obtain a color image excellent in glossiness and color reproducibility when the image formed on a polyester-made transparent(OHP) sheet is projected, by specifying the average inclination of the surface roughness of the image when the color image is formed by color toner.
The surface roughness of the image formed on the OHP sheet by the color toner including at least binder resin, colorant and electrifying control agent is set to be 0.5<Δa≤3.0 by defining the average inclination as (Δa). In such a case, the value of (Δa) is obtained by measuring the surface of the image formed on the OHP sheet on a condition that a out-off value is 0.08 mm, reference length is 2 mm and driving speed is 0.03 mm/s by using a Surfcom (R) surface roughness tester. Besides, the cut-off signifies that the shape of the surface of the image is separated to the roughness and waviness. However, fixation and anti-offset property are satisfied by specifying the average inclination. Thus, the image formed on the OHP sheet is faithfully reproduced when it is projected and the glossiness is also made excellent when the image is formed.
