Abstract:
PURPOSE: To form a glossy color image of high quality, to form the color image by a without causing the missing and soiling of the image by a heat fixing device and to form the color image whose presevability is improved.
CONSTITUTION: In the color image transfer body 1 for forming color image by three or more kinds of color toners, the image transfer body 1 is provided with a transparent resin layer 1B made of gelatin on the surface of the image transfer body 1, or a transparent resin layer 1B contg. scattered resin particles on the uppermost layer part of the image transfer body 1. As to the color image forming method for melting and fixing the toner image formed by three or more kinds of color toners, on the image transfer body 1, the transparent resin layer 1B made of gelatin is formed on the surface of the image transfer body 1, or the transparent resin layer 1B contg, scattered resin particles is formed on the uppermost layer part of the image transfer body 1, and also, the toner image is melted and fixed on the image transfer body 1 by a belt-like heating and carrying body.
