Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a color liquid crystal display device capable of performing bi-directional horizontal scanning and performing a high definition display faithfull to an image signal.
CONSTITUTION: In a color liquid crystal display device provided with a liquid crystal panel arranging plural rows of row pixels successively repeatedly arranging respective pixels of R, G, B in the direction of a row in a prescribed order and a signal supply means sampling input image signals by three pixels of a repeat unit at the same timing and writing them in respective row pixels, and performing the bi-directional horizontal scanning, the device is provided with a signal delay circuit 15 compensating a spatial positional deviation of mutual three pixels constituting the repeat unit and a switch circuit 70 switching the connection of the signal delay circuit 15 according to the horizontal scanning direction.
