Abstract:
To provide a good color liquid crystal display element while shortening the production stages without degrading optical characteristics.
The color liquid crystal display element constituted by holding liquid crystals between a pair of substrates formed with color filter patterns, display electrode patterns 5 consisting of transparent electrodes and auxiliary electrode patterns 6 consisting of metallic electrodes on at least one substrate is provided with the display electrode patterns 5 and the auxiliary electrode patterns 6 in such a manner that the end side parts of the lines of these patterns come into contact with the color filter patterns 3 and dummy patterns 4 consisting of the color filters.
