Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coloring resin composition capable of providing a blue pixel of a color filter having superior light resistance, which satisfies heat resistance requested in a production process of a color display, to provide a color filter excellent in color purity and transmittance of the blue pixel by using the coloring resin composition, and to provide an organic EL display and a liquid crystal display good in blue color purity.SOLUTION: A coloring resin composition for color filters contains (a) binder resin, (b) a solvent, and triarylmethane-based dye having a specific structure represented by general formula (I). A color filter, an organic EL display and a liquid crystal display are obtained by using the coloring resin composition for the color filters.
