Abstract:
PURPOSE:To facilitate the manufacturing and to improve a manufacturing yield by arranging a light receiving part in a zigzag shape and making it into a stripe-shaped filter. CONSTITUTION:A light receiving part is arranged in a zigzag shape and filters 2-4 of respective component colors are arranged in a linear shape. Thus, since the filter of respective constitution colors is arranged on a stripe linearly, the overlapping accuracy of the filter and a light receiving part 1 is loosened. The color mixture is also decreased.
