Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a color printer capable of easily obtaining the printing output of an objective hue even by a person having no special knowledge.
CONSTITUTION: At the time of a test mode, the test pattern of a reference color is printed by reading the test pattern data of the reference color from an image memory 7 to supply the same to a thermal head driver 3 to perform colorimetry by a colorimetric part 10. On the basis of the colorimetric data to the test pattern obtained by the colorimetric part 10, the color correction processing of a printed color is applied by a color correction processing part 15 to perform color printing corresponding to input image data.
