Abstract:
To easily confirm the result of a color proof in a color proof device.
This color proof device is constituted of a scanner 10 reading image data from the first proof original film and the second proof original film, a host computer 30 detecting a difference part by comparing image data read in, and an XY plotter 12 directly plotting the detected difference part on the second proof original film. In this device, the detected difference part is directly plotted (marked) on the second proof, so that an operator easily confirms the result of the proof.
