Abstract:
To provide a color resist composition which is superior in application property by spin coat and which can suitably be used for manufacturing a color filter used for color liquid crystal display.
The color resist composition contains a fluorine surfactant consisting of copolymer (I) obtained by polymerizing monomers (G) containing fluorination alkyl group content ethyleny unsaturated monomer (A) and basic group content ethyleny unsaturated monomer (B). A content of basic group content ethyleny unsaturated monomer (B) in the monomers (G) is 5-70 wt. %.
