CONSTITUTION: After a photosensitive paint film 5 is formed over the entire surface of a light transmitting glass base plate 1, an identification code formation mask which consists of a stripe filter and an identification code is placed on the paint film 5. Next, they are exposed to ultraviolet rays and washed with water so as to form a stripe filter formation gelatin film 6a and an identification code formation gelatin film 66 which have desired shapes simultaneously. After that, the film 6a is dyed into a desired color so as to make a stripe filter 7, and the filter 7 is coated with a protective body 8.
