Abstract:
To provide a color separation prism and a filter device, which allow a special effect filter to be mounted in a TV camera body without partially or entirely sacrificing an existing ND filter, color temperature conversion filter, etc.SOLUTION: High refractive index glass is used for prisms 504a to allow one more filter disk to be added to a conventional two-piece filter disk unit without having to change a distance (air-equivalent length) from an imaging lens mounting surface to an image sensor surface, thereby producing a three-piece filter disk unit 512a.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
