Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a color sequential color projector in which color breakup can be improved stably without being influenced by chance in case of stack arrangement for displaying a high luminance video image by inputting an identical signal to two or more projectors and superposing their video images, and an illumination light color switching filter of simple arrangement can be used.
SOLUTION: A color sequential color projector in which color breakup can be improved stably using an illumination light color switching filter of simple arrangement is realized by having a means for adjusting relation between an input vertical sync signal and the color switching timing of light being projected from a projector and decreasing the time variation rate of color of a video image obtained by superposing the light projected from two or more projectors at the time of displaying white color.
