To provide a color space conversion device etc. capable of accurately adjusting the hue etc. of an image.
A second color space conversion circuit 140 for converting an HLS signal to a YUV signal comprises a saturation adjustment circuit 80, a first color difference output device 75, and a second color difference output device 76. A saturation adjustment circuit 80 adjusts a saturation signal included in the HLS signal according to a hue signal included in the HLS signal. The first color difference output device 75 and the second color difference output device 76 generate a color difference signal included in the YUV signal on the basis of the hue signal and the saturation signal adjusted by the saturation adjustment circuit 80.
