Abstract:
To provide a color synthesizing prism, which is more inexpensive than a prism where four triangular prisms are stuck and has a satisfactory capacity, and its production method.
Partitioning plates 36 having the same refractive index are built in a box 37, whose outer peripheral side faces as an incidence port and an exit port have the same refractive index, like a cross in diagonal directions of the box 37, and a high polymer material 38 whose refractive index approximating that of partitioning plates 36 is enclosed in space of the box 37 which has these four built in plates.
