Abstract:
PURPOSE: To prevent the generation of a white or black streak caused by the feed addition fluctuations of color thermal recording paper by correcting the speed of the motor feeding the color thermal recording paper corresponding to streaklike density irregularity with respect to a line generating the streaklike density irregularity.
CONSTITUTION: A system controller 30 controls a feed part 31, an yellow recording part 32, a magenta recording part 33 and a cyan recording part 34 according to a predetermined sequence. The motor controller 36 of the feed part 31 sends an one line feed completion signal to the system controller 30 and this signal is counted by a line counter 37 to be sent to the motor controller 36. The line counter 37 is reset when a sensor 19 detects the leading end of color thermal recording paper 16. Further, standard motor control data used with respect to a usual line generating no density irregularity and correction motor control data used with respect to a line generating a white or black streak are stored in the memory 38 of the feed part 31.
