Abstract:

To obtain a colorable binder composition capable of exhibiting an excellent weather resistance when actually used outdoors, especially a binder composition for pavement.

This colorable binder composition is characterized in that the composition comprises (1) an oily substance having ≥350°C boiling point, 5-100 cps (100°C) viscosity, ≥45 wt.% of the total of an aromatic component and a naphthene component and ≥240°C flash point, (2) a petroleum resin and/or hydrogenated petroleum resin and (3) a thermoplastic elastomer having ≥70 wt.% compounding ratio of a hydrogenated thermoplastic elastomer in thermoplastic elastomers added. The colorable binder composition for pavement comprises the colorable binder composition.
