To provide a colored alkali developing photosensitive resin composition which is excellent in sensitivity, resolution, developing, and adhesiveness, and can form a fine pattern with precision, and a color filter using it.
This colored alkali developing photosensitive resin is an alkali developing resin composition containing a photopolymerizing unsaturated compound (X) in a structure obtained by esterificating polybasic acid anhydride (C) in the epoxy addition product in a structure adding unsaturated monobasic acid (B) to an epoxy resin (A) in a structure alternately polymerizing an epoxy compound expressed in the general formula (I) and a polyhydroxy aromatic compound, and further containing a photopolymerizing initiator (F) and a color material (G).
