PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a color of a colored electric bulb megascopically uniform.SOLUTION: A colored electric bulb includes: a base 210; a light-emitting source 220 that is provided in the base 210; a globe 230 for covering the light-emitting source 220; a colored coating 240 that is formed on the globe 230; and a light diffusion coating 250 that includes light diffusion particles and that is formed on the colored coating 240. The colored coating 240 does not substantially include the light diffusion particles.
