Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the surface appearance and the stickiness of galvernizing by specifying the thickness of oxide film on galvanized surface layer, containing composition of the galvanized layer and components in galvanizing bath and executing galvannealing treatment under a specific condition.
SOLUTION: The thickness of the oxide film on the galvanized surface layer is made to ≥200&angst . The composition of the galvanized layer is made to 0.1-5wt.% Ti and 5-20wt.% Fe. Coloring of silver, white, yellow, blue and brown, can be obtd. by changing the content of each of Ti and Fe in this range. In this case of adjusting the colored density in the coloring operation, Al can be contained to ≤0.2wt.%. This galvanized steel sheet is obtd., by which in the galvanizing bath, 0.1-5wt.% Ti and 5-20wt.% Fe and as necessity requires, ≤0.2wt.% Al are contained and after dipping the steel sheet into this galvanizing bath, the steel sheet is drawn up and galvanized coating wt. is adjusted with a wiping, etc., and thereafter, immediately, the galvannealing treatment is executed at 400-700°C for 5-150sec in an alloying furnace.
