Abstract:
PURPOSE:To obtain a molded article having excellent dimensional accuracy without generating dimensional change or strain, etc., by mixing polyolefin resin with a specific capsuled pigment and molding. CONSTITUTION:Pigment (e.g. azo-lake or Hansa yellow) and hydrophobic polymerizable compound (e.g. phenylene diisocyanate) are emulsified and dispersed in an aqueous medium, then hydrophilic polymer compound (e.g. ethylenediamine) and said hydrophobic polymerizable compound are subjected to interfacial polymerization at the interface of emulsified dispersed particle in the aqueous medium, thus said particles are separated from the aqueous medium to obtain capsuled pigment. Next, polyolefin resin is mixed with said capsuled pigment and molded.
