Abstract:

To provide a colored photosensitive composition having small dependence of pattern size on light exposure, a color filter using the colored photosensitive composition and a liquid crystal display.

The colored photosensitive composition comprises (A) a colorant, (B) a binder polymer, (C) a photopolymerizable compound, (D) a photopolymerization initiator, (E) a solvent and (F) a phosphorus-base antioxidant.
