Abstract:

To provide a colored photosensitive resin composition capable of easily forming on a substrate a good black matrix pattern excellent in linearity, free of peeling and residues, and giving excellent display contrast.

The colored photosensitive resin composition comprises a photopolymerizable compound (A), a photopolymerization initiator (B) and a colorant (C), wherein the photopolymerizable compound (A) comprises a resin obtained by reacting a reaction product of an epoxy compound (a-1) and an unsaturated group-containing carboxylic acid (a-2) with a polybasic acid anhydride (a-3), and the polybasic acid anhydride (a-3) comprises a polybasic acid anhydride having at least two benzene rings.
